The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Dispatcher to help ensure our technicians are scheduled efficiently and customers receive timely, high-quality service. You’ll be the central point of communication between our office and field teams, playing a key role in customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for residential service calls and installations

  • Prioritize jobs based on urgency, technician availability, and geographic location

  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and expectations

  • Coordinate emergency responses and resource allocation

  • Track technician progress and adjust scheduling in real-time as needed

  • Maintain detailed records of service calls and field activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a related administrative role

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with dispatching software; ServiceTitan experience is a big plus

  • Detail-oriented and adept at managing logistics and timelines

  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday (full-time)

  • On-Call

Compensation:
