What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to expert for residential drain issues — from diagnostics to deep cleans to full-on replacements. Your day might start with a stubborn kitchen sink clog and end with a crawl under a home to fix a collapsed line. Every job, you bring grit, precision, and care.
Core Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Diagnostics:
Operate cameras and high-tech tools to pinpoint drain problems and recommend clear solutions.
Drain Cleaning Expertise:
Tackle tough clogs using augers, jetters, and other equipment with confidence and precision.
Expert Repairs & Installations:
Repair or replace residential drainage systems while adhering to plumbing codes and safety standards.
Customer Communication:
Provide honest, respectful guidance to homeowners. Educate them on what you’re doing — and how to prevent future issues.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with dispatchers, plumbers, and support staff to ensure seamless service.
Documentation & Reporting:
Keep accurate records of your findings, completed work, and materials used.
Who You Are
A licensed plumber, or someone with mechanical skill, hustle, and the will to learn drains inside and out
A problem-solver with excellent diagnostic skills
A team player who thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
Skilled with equipment like augers, jetters, and inspection cameras
Comfortable working in crawl spaces, basements, and the messy unknown
Committed to safety, professionalism, and craftsmanship
