We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our residential installation department. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can inspire a team, drive operational excellence, and contribute directly to revenue growth through efficient, high-quality installations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HVAC installation department, overseeing day-to-day field operations

• Mentor and motivate a team of installers to deliver top-tier workmanship and customer satisfaction

• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

• Coordinate schedules, dispatch logistics, and job sequencing to maximize productivity and profitability

• Provide technical guidance and support for complex installations and system configurations

• Monitor department KPIs and drive performance improvements aligned with company goals

• Collaborate with sales, service, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, building codes, and company protocols

• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care

• Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and developing top installation talent

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in HVAC installation or related trades

• Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage field operations while supporting administrative functions

• A track record of driving team performance and revenue growth
