Position Overview: Electrical Service / Installer

As an Electrician at Papalia Home Services, you'll be at the forefront of residential electrical installations and service. We’re seeking a licensed professional with strong technical expertise, a commitment to quality, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Your Mission

Deliver exceptional electrical services to our residential customers, with a focus on safe, efficient, and code-compliant installations. You’ll be a key player in our mission to keep homes safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential electrical system installations, ensuring compliance with local codes and manufacturer specifications

• Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams for integrated home service solutions

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians

• Perform thorough inspections and testing of installed systems

• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance for long-term reliability

• Communicate clearly with homeowners about installation processes and system operations

• Represent Papalia with professionalism, courtesy, and respect in every interaction

• Accurately complete installation reports and service records

• Ensure all work meets regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician License

• Proven experience in residential electrical installation and service

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks

• Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations
