We are seeking a skilled Residential Service Electrician to join our team in Boxborough, MA. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential electrical systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues with precision and efficiency
Perform thorough inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of installed systems
Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams for integrated home service solutions
Troubleshoot and optimize system performance for long-term reliability
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians
Communicate clearly with homeowners about installation processes, repairs, and system operations
Accurately complete installation reports and service records
Represent Papalia with professionalism, courtesy, and respect in every interaction
Ensure all work meets regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks
Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician License
Proven experience in residential electrical installation and service
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Customer-focused mindset with commitment to quality
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Detail-oriented and organized
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations
Competitive compensation: $70,000–$100,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
